Strategic HR partnership • Collaborate with Business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights & solutions. • Develop & implement HR strategies that support business objectives & drive organizational performances. Talent Management• Assist in talent acquisition, workforce planning.• Support the development & retention of high potential employees through career development programmes & initiatives• Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement• Identify and assess training and development needs within the organization.Employee Relations• Address employee concerns & grievances in timely & effective manner• Foster a positive & inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives & conflict resolution.Performance Management • Guide managers in the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.Organisation Development • Identify and address organizational development needs, including training and development programs.• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.Compliance and Policy Management:• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management

· Responsible for complete Internal recruitment right from getting the requirement till the placement of resource.· Sourcing profiles through naukri.com, networking, buddy referral.· Screening and short listing the resume and conducting the telephonic interview of candidates.· Taking 1st In-person HR Interview and screening the candidates for 2nd round of interview.· Coordinating Next level of Interview rounds with the Sales Head & Resource Manager.· Negotiations with short-listed candidates for compensation fitment· Follow up with the candidates till they are on board.· Documents verification(Education / Experience), once the candidate clears the Interview.· Responsible for joining formalities of the new joinees, Issuing offer letter, ID card, bank account opening, Thumb impressions etc.
