-Select & prepare the merchandise collection for export considering different buyer requirement.-Collect price quotation from different suppliers & make comparison before submit to management for approval.-Prepare purchase order & place order to suppliers.-Create material planning co-ordinate with Finance dept. to make sure on time payment to suppliers.-Make co-ordination to supplier & commercial dept. to make sure of smooth supply to production on time -Negotiate with suppliers in case of any materials defect to claim & settle down -Keep close communication with planning dept. ensuring that production planning & materials plan is parallel -Coordinate with planning department to issue the production planning to ensure the production & shipment on time.-To ensure arrival of raw material on time.-Make budget of materials comparing to costing & get approval from management for procurements -Create purchase policy & follow up suppliers to ensure of following the purchase policy -Prepare the departmental progress on export business on every quarter. -Planning coordinate & follow the tasks within the team & report to the department manager.-Coordinate to prepare the export documents like PI, Sales contact, Packing list, EXP, GSP, CO etc.-Coordinate to receive the signed documents from shipping agent like BL, custom clearance & submit to the bank.-Coordinate with the forwarder to ensure correct booking & shipment on time.-Coordinate with bank & buyer to receive the LC/TT on time

- Profiling and deep understanding about each buyer.- Buyers need assessment and sampling process.- Obtaining approvals and communicating course of actions to concern departments.- Kick starting Proto, sales man sampling and approval functions which are pre-production preparations.- Confirming an order and collecting PO to initiate bulk production.- Providing BOM, monitoring T&A plan with all the concern departments right from leather procurement, sourcing and production team.- Adding new buyer and investing time in nurturing client and new business developments activities.- Buyer communication and timely instruction on changes, updates to the production team to prevent reworks & mistakes.- Making samples for buyer to participate in trade shows, buyer & seller meet in various locations across globe.- Following up the inquiries and sending samples to gain orders.-Make production plan & meet customer shipping plan
