My responsibilities include managing classroom behaviour by establishing and enforcing rules, supervising and assisting children with their homework, and curating creative activities to develop skills in innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.Furthermore, I engage with parents, caregivers, and community resources to enhance the well-being of the children. I plan and execute indoor and outdoor activities while maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment. Regular communication with parents about their child's progress and development is essential, and I ensure accurate record-keeping for operational purposes such as licensing and monitoring.Administrative tasks such as filing and preparing educational materials are also part of my duties. I prioritise children's safety and provide cover during staff absences. Additionally, I actively plan and coordinate events, workshops, and community collaborations to enrich the children's learning experiences. Finally, I instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials, ensuring they receive effective support in their educational journey.

During my time at YAYOI, my responsibilities included taking orders, serving food, answering customer queries, handling cash and credit card payments accurately, cleaning furniture and work surfaces, clearing tables, and ensuring a clean dining environment.This experience in the F&B sector significantly improved my communication skills and customer service delivery. It taught me the importance of maintaining a positive attitude to ensure every guest has a pleasant experience. Problem-solving under pressure became second nature, a skill transferrable to any future role. Interacting with diverse people honed my interpersonal skills, crucial in any workplace, particularly in hospitality where patience and adaptability are essential.At YAYOI, I received commendations from managers and customers alike for my excellent customer service. Colleagues described me as disciplined and hardworking, traits I developed during this eye-opening first part-time job.
