Reporting Analyst
• Acting as a SAS Programmer/Analyst for manipulating and analyzing the sales data according to the client’s requirement• Developing product sales/order/customer report on monthly basis and related to revenue report on quarterly basis and macros explaining the functionality of the macro and the macro parameters defined for future reference• Supervising quality assurance of the program and creating the existing programs more efficient• Mining data using SAS SQL procedure and making SAS datasets• Formulating queries like joins, concatenation (union) and transforming datasets as per the client’s requirements involving rigorous use of SAS programming• Managing the usage of SAS/ODS to generate reports either in HTML, PDF or RTF formats as per the client specifications, used PROC tabulate and PROC report to generate the outputs• Generating macro programs describing the macro parameters using different debugging options like MPRINT, MLOGIC, and SYMBOLGEN• Extracted data from the database as well as provided client with ad hoc MIS reports as per requirements
