Some skills you are born with, some are acquired. Some are the ones you know you have, and some you don’t know you have until you are absolutely in need of them! The latter would be my story. A long family background in business made it clear for me that entrepreneurship is what I want to do. But little did I know, that I would find my passion in Business Operations. Problem solving, empowering people who work with me, setting systems and automating workflows are the streaks of my passion that I discovered only when I led my own organizations. My current venture is Rangtarang Labels and Tapes LLP (RTLLP). We are manufacturers of custom industrial labels and adhesive tape die cuts. The labels we make are plastic self-adhesive labels that are used on and inside air-conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, remote controls, etc. Being a B2B business and a component manufacturer, it lets me connect to some really interesting businesses and study their wonderful stories. I am lucky to have a brilliant and focused team at hand which keeps our customers happy and close. My passion for perfection along with my team's dedication pays off vastly when ensuring the delivery of precisely printed labels within the committed time. With the variety of industry experience that I was able to explore in the past few years, I was able to build myself as a Business Mentor for businesses with operational challenges. A lot of small to medium sized businesses cannot function without their business owners' direct involvement. It is the primary reason why such businesses do not scale. I help businesses set systems and automate processes for their organizations. This becomes imperative when the business owners want to be free from staying involved in daily business operations. Growing my own business had always been my only vision until I got the chance to help others' grow theirs :) I've realized that if passion is blended with compassion, it truly benefits all parties involved!
