•Making weekly Sales database, Style wise and Front End Stock on hand Reports by fetching all files from partner portals of Aeropostale & Arrow.•Making weekly Season wise Sell Thru against customer’s orders and dispatches of Aeropostale.•Ensuring GIT/OBD tracker to be updated daily basis of every shipment for end to end tracking purpose. •Maintaining PI Tracker of every allocation file which shared to partners. •Consolidate the road show orders booked from customers of various channels in standard format and uploading into system for dispatches.•Creating Purchase Requisition (PR) for confirmed road show orders.•Transferring the season stock from inward BIN to outward BINs of respective channels as per inwards.•Maintaining supply chain reports such as inward/outward.•Stock allocation and sharing the Purchase Indents (PI’s) to customers as per inward.•Ensuring orders to be processed and released to warehouse once received •Co-Ordination between the merchandising team, store teams & warehouse team for all issues relating to supply chain.•To prepare and update reports such as ordered stock v/s dispatch stock store and style level outward report.•Ensuring ARS is running as planned & Responsible for processing weekly replenishment of stocks to stores as per sale and requirement.•Ensuring timely dispatch stocks to customers as per inward plan.•To have the regular follow-ups with the Warehouse team and get the orders billed and dispatched on time.•To arrange necessary documents such as PO’s, Permits etc. so that dispatches can happen without any delay.•Ensuring the stock delivery and GRN at customer end in the stipulated time by following up with Logistic team•To resolve the issues that occurs from dispatch to delivery.•EOSS planning. •To plan and provide RTV (Return to Vender) approvals to customers.•To arrange auditing and pick-up of RTV stocks from customers.•Ensuring goods are picked & delivered at warehouse and accounted as planned.
