Intern in the Social and Economic Affairs Section at the Danish Mission. During the stay I followed UN negotiations and processes regarding sustainable development and macroeconomic issues, inter alia the preparations of the UN Conference of Sustainable Development in 2012 (Rio+20); the on-going work of the UN General Assembly on issues regarding financing for development and the interaction between the UN and G20; the negotiations within the 2nd Committee, ie. I served as assistant to the Danish EU-negotiator on the resolution on renewable energy resources.

Affiliated to the Centre for Expenditure Policy, which was responsible for co-ordination of the budget process and the budget negotiations with local governments, central government expenditure policy, public finances, and social policy. Working with expenditure analyses, budget evaluations and work related to the Municipal and Finance Law negotiations.

The State Employer's Authority is an agency within the Ministry of Finance. The primary task of the State Employer's Authority is to administer the State's general responsibilities as an employer in the area of wages, pensions, personnel and management policy. Among other tings, I have made various SAS-programming to use for analysis, worked with principles for calculating “additional expenditures”, analyzed and interpreted data from studies of motivation, been in charge of the annual Danish contribution to Eurostat's analysis on the wage development of state employees across Europa.

Assigned as GSI in the courses, Principles of Economics A and Principles of Economics B, which is taught consecutive during the first and second semester on the bachelor level. I was responsible for the students’ ability to solve basic economic problems, using economic theory. The GSI-position also included correcting assignments and teaching the theoretical parts of the courses to support the lectures.

Aros media is a telemarketing firm, with the Danish consumer council as the main client. Together with one other Supervisor, I was in charge of the day to day running of the Copenhagen branch (approx. 30 part-time employees). Furthermore I contributed to the establishment of a new branch in Næstved during the period august to October 2007.
