At Semler I am heading around 20 engineers working with the development and application management of a homemade IDSM system (import and dealer management) called Autocore.Autocore contains the entire supply chain from import and distribution of cars from factories to the car dealers around the country as well as services offered for car owners (private and organizations): Repairs, workshop administration etc.Most of my time is spent with topics like:- Personnel management- Resource management, coordination, and planning- Quality of IT services – development, architecture, and application management- IT strategy and implementation- Agile leadership, methodologies, culture, and process improvement- Staffing and employee development- Coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and training e.g. agile project management

Clients and Solutions is a section within the university IT at the University of Copenhagen. This section is one of four sections within University IT. It came about after a complete organizational restructuring April 2014. The goal was, amongst other things, to create a more customer-orientated organization and improve collaboration between IT and the rest of the university.Clients and Solutions is organized in three areas in order to provide a transparent entry to University ITs services. Each area focuses on servicing different business segments at the university. At KIT A/S I worked as a consultant primarily helping the Greenlandic government and municipalities with digitization and software engineering. KIT A/S both had operation and system development responsibilities – my main focus was development, sales and consulting about IT strategy and eGoverment. I am proud of my time in Greenland and of what we achieved with scares resources, this includes projects like:- The centralization and modernization of the administration software at the municipality level. The entire administration was based on an ancient platform (Supermax) that no longer could be maintained. - Election software for local government elections election for Greenland home.- Greenlandic tax reform – The centralization of tax administration in Greenland. Making the tax reform possible within a short time frame using existing infrastructure with a minimum of development effort.
