As part of the Nordic CMI team in Unilever, I am responsible for serving the marketing and sales team for the savoury category, including the brands Knorr and Hellmann’s. Tasks include budgeting, briefing agencies and managing research projects in close corporation with the category teams. Key challenge is to optimize budget by identifying key insight needs and communicate the results clearly into the context of the category strategies. I was back-end responsible for client projects from time of sale. In close cooperation with the consultants, graphic designers, and IT engineers, I managed the process of scooping, planning, researching, analyzing, and reporting projects for our clients in the FMCG industry. For this position, my competences as a strong communicator, a skilled analyzer, and a talented project manager were essential in delivering quality results for the clients. Marketing ManagementI analyzed target segments, planned and executed marketing campaigns, and evaluated impact results on business and consumer target groups. The campaigns included print, social media, web, blogs video, and oral presentations which created engagement with more than 160.000 consumers globally and closed deals with 25 Nordic FMCG companies including Bäncke, Carlsberg, Gumlink, Royal Unibrew. Toms, and TulipCommunity ManagementI planned and executed the management and development of the online consumer panel, Iconzoomer.com. Via email campaigns, wom campaigns, and social media I recruited more than 30.000 consumers in 20 countries to engage in consumer research. More than 40.000 photos from consumer product experiences were collected for research projects.

I assisted the CEO and consultants in communication and research tasks such as client newsletter, product brochures, and PowerPoint presentations for clients. As sparring partner I analyzed and developed best practice communications methods for complex transportation technology solutions.
