Unicontrol is a Danish company that took off in December 2018, with a vision to simplify and develop a solid, user-friendly 3D navigation system tailored to the specific needs of all excavators. I have been playing as a DJ for +14 years at more than 500 events. During this period I have played music at many different venues - ranging from company events and weddings to nightclubs and rooftop bars. Maturix (previously known as Sensohive) is a technology company (IoT / SaaS) that develops smart wireless sensors with connected cloud platforms. It allows customers to access data from anywhere and get real-time monitoring, analysis, and documentation of measurements.Our core product provides contractors with online concrete temperature and strength monitoring, allowing them to optimize and save costs on their concrete works.As one of the first employees, I have been part of the exciting journey of going from 5 to 20 employees and from startup to scaleup. This means that I have contributed in several different ways within product, marketing, sales, and support. My favorite space is the space in between.Tasks:• Product Management: Define and prioritize new features/improvements/bugs, manage and structure backlog, translate customer requirements to developers, write customer stories, shape product vision and strategy • Product Development: New product development, idea generation and concept development, define requirements and specifications, CAD modeling and 3D printing, product testing• UX: User research, develop personas, outline user journeys, prototype and pretotype, suggest UI improvements, concept designing• Business Development: Evaluate new business opportunities, market research, business modeling and planning• Technical Support: Providing technical support to customers and partners, build help center, write articles and FAQs, create product documentation and datasheets• Implementation: Conduct online and on-site onboarding sessions, follow-up meetings, ensure successful implementation and usage of product• Sales: Build relationships with clients, sales pipeline management, cold calling, perform product demos, conduct customer meetings, close large customers, upselling and customer success• Marketing: Website development, graphic design, attend trade fairs and network events

I worked at IDEA Entrepreneurship Centre (IDEA), the university's competence centre for entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity. IDEA offered courses, camps, events, workshops, development programmes, and more to both current university students and alumni.Additionally, IDEA provided lecturers with inspiration, help, and tools for their research and teaching, and also facilitated a strong cooperation between the business world and the university.IDEA was discontinued in June 2016. By the end of 2015, I was offered a new position in SDU Cortex Lab.Responsibilities:• One of the anchor persons in the launch and start of SDU Cortex Lab, the university's new innovation and entrepreneurship environment• Part of creating the new settings and framework for the new student incubator in SDU Cortex Lab• Coordinate and facilitate the relocation to and furnishing of SDU Cortex Lab, incl. design and prototype facilities (makerspace), workspaces, workshop rooms, meeting rooms, and offices• Entrepreneurship events and workshopsTasks:• Guidance, coaching, and matchmaking of students within entrepreneurship (from idea to business)• Planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of events, workshops, seminars, camps, fairs, etc.• Networking and relationship building internally and externally• Marketing and promotion of events and IDEA's offers in general• Selection, purchasing, and coordination of furniture and equipment/tools/machines• Organizing and collecting documentation relative to project indicators• Updating websitesResults:• Successful kick-off of SDU Cortex Lab• Managed the initial furnishing of almost 3.000 m2 (44 rooms across 3 floors)• Increased awareness of both IDEA and SDU Cortex Lab
