Main activities: IR seeker for A-Darter missile (5th Generation Sort Range Air-Air Missile) * Follow-up the design and verification of the quality of optical components; * Specification and preparation of routine electro-optical tests; * Development of software for evaluation of electro-optical subsystems; * Perform theoretical studies, analysis and mitigation of the effects of spurious radiation in the telescope and cooled detector (dewar); Additionally, during the period, I joined a 10 months training (Infrared Radiometry and Modelling Training Course) with the goal of empowering students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills for:1 Carry out radiometric measurements in the infrared (IR) of certain objects; 2 Construct measurement equations of the objects measured ; 3 Do data reduction of the measurements;4 Construction mathematical, radiometric models of measured objects; 5. Translate mathematical models into computerized models which serves as input to the IR simulation program;6 Prepare, implement and evaluate a background terrain;7. Perform simulations with computerized models and terrain.
