I find that she is almost entirely self-taught (and internally motivated to do so), a testament to her character as well as her mind. She creates structure, order, procedures, schedules, and timelines where there are none, a quality that many around her have become dependent on. Lastly, Roxanna is charming, naturally kind, and has an uncanny ability to manage a wide variety of human behavior and personalities.
