- Manage the product license registrations and other regulatory licenses with Thai FDA and other related authorities of all active items to ensure that all import licenses are obtained prior arrival of shipment.- Keep updated and awareness of current applicable regulations and standards, anticipate trend or warnings trends which may cause business impact - Liaise with Global Research and development, marketing team and demand planner to obtain orders of new launch product information.- Liaise with Thai FDA officer to obtain Thai FDA category code which based on nature of mass, feature of products, etc. If in case, it’s not found from the FDA category book.- Review formulae of all ingredients used in formulae in term of correlation to claims on product name.- Obtain substantiate document to support product notification (from product claim & global market support team).- Monitor Artwork for local label printing for both cosmetic and non-cosmetic products to compliant with the regulations of Thai FDA, Office of the Consumer Protection Board and the Ministry of Commerce.
