I have over 20 years' experience in the social housing, voluntary, co-operative and financial services sectors, delivering a wide range of communication and engagement activities to increase participation, encourage advocacy and drive business improvements. Finding that the key to successful implementation is effective stakeholder management, I enjoy identifying the shared purpose and then working towards a mutually beneficial outcome.
