Putting myself in the shoes of the end user, I am focussed on designing and implementing pragmatic solutions and providing technical support that enables users to do their job efficiently and effectively.In a previous life, I also worked as a Digital Projects Manager. This gave me the opportunity to sharpen my consulting ability, enhance my project management capability as well as commercial and negotiation skills. Ultimately however my first love is technical work. Strongly engineering minded, I thrive on the opportunity to design, build, test and implement efficient IT systems and processes.My experience is underpinned by a Master of Business Information Technology from RMIT University. I also possess a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics . The value that I bring to the work place is a strong work ethic and utmost professionalism. I am known for my commitment to excellence, and collaborative approach to achieving positive results for business. I am also a strong advocate for Kanban, a must to ensure an organisation is agile, and maintains its nimbleness to respond quickly to business threats and opportunities.
