I work at the intersection of technology, innovation and product development. I am passionate about helping organizations create meaningful and impactful solutions that meet the needs and desires of their customers, consumers, and partners. Innovation and continuous learning have been the cornerstones of my career. With 30+ years of innovation experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of working with a multitude of businesses, from domestic companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Whether it’s creating a perfectly designed & engineered product, inventing an innovative automotive system, locating new possibilities for human-machine interactions, or finding the perfect circular materials to make for a sustainable product, I’ve been able to identify a strategic and acceptable solution for my customer’s requirements. Over the last 8 years I’ver been working as an Independent Consultant, and on projects that call for breakthrough innovations. My customers are mostly global MNCs, and belong to the Automotive, and FMCG sectors. The projects I’ve worked on are in various areas of future mobility solutions, embedded systems and sensors, sustainable packaging, and circular economy. Prior to this, I worked as an Automotive R&D Management professional in senior management positions at ARDMC (Automotive R&D Management Consultants), RCDA and Motherson Technology Services (previously MothersonSumi Infotech & Designs Ltd.). In these positions I’ve managed multiple (and changing) priorities - while working with multiple stakeholders and globally dispersed teams. I’ve also had the opportunity to work in leadership positions with domestic and global OEMs on large multi- geographic New Product Development & Introduction assignments. I’m also a senior domain-consultant to some global professional services firms (Deloitte, Arthur DeLittle, Segula and GLG Research) in areas like emerging technologies, business strategy, technology trends forecasting, etc. for the past 20+ years.
