Analyzing the applicant's financial status and credit evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans with preparing Credit Approval Memo. Manage and monitor vehicle loans (PV,CV,CE,TW,USED, TRACTOR) credit portfolio. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices. Responsible for supervising the Credit & Operations functions of the branch, Repayment capacity appraisal, due diligence checks, etc. Ensure Tat for credit sanctioning. Dealer visits and empanelment process. Compliance and Audit query. Collections visits for resolution of early defaults. Regularly training sales and credit team members regarding company policies and compliance. Monitoring Trade advance payments.
