Passionate about delicious things that leave a positive impact.I started my career in bean-to-bar chocolate back in 2016, spending 5 years learning about chocolate production, single origin cocoa, and developing chocolate products. Itching to transition into a more technical and science focused position, I learned about quality, sensory and consumer science before transitioning to working in R&D and product development. My biggest passion is chocolate and confectionary, but I am excited about all things food related.
