I LEFT THE FIELD AND I CAME BACK I was born in a town called La Union Valle. Due to a passion that I developed in college, I studied Systems Engineering, I worked for 2 years in my profession, where I learned that to develop my career I could do it with greater relevance from other areas and in other administrative positions. That is how I accepted the challenge and got involved in the Supply Chain area. For 7 years I worked in various responsibilities in the Supply Chain area, my last position there was: Strategic Purchasing Negotiator, in which I had an international scope, supplying inputs mainly from Europe and the East. In 2006 I accepted the challenge of joining as Supply Chain Leader with scope for Andean Countries and Central America. I led the supply for this region and directed the Manufacturing Plant located in Colombia. In mid-2010, as a result of an organizational adjustment, my position was eliminated, and from there I undertook a new challenge called: CIBOCHEM. My passion is to bring Productivity (involved in the BioTechnology ) to the field, and I do it with people, leading and developing them so that they can contribute their full potential and achieve results beyond what we expected. My equation for success: RESPECT x RESPONSIBILITY x RESULTS = PROGRESSIBILITY
