- Assist over the counter customers to determine part and related cost- Communicate with Service Advisor to obtain necessary information to identify customer concern(s)- Run diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot a vehicle's electronic operating systems- Test-drive vehicles with customers to assess operation of vehicle components and systems- Check Assist daily for bulletin updates and utilize to troubleshoot customer concern(s)- Complete Parts Inquiry Form to communicate recommendations to Service Advisor - Perform work specified on the repair order, including transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning issues- Replace seat, carpet, front and rear bumpers if needed- Verify warranty repairs using NNAnet 2.0 and execute repairs to manufacturer specifications

- Collaborated with Service Advisor to gather information related to repair order- Completed multi-point inspection to ensure vehicle is performing at optimal level- Performed alignment checks to ensure vehicle is within manufacturer specification - Inspected front and rear brakes if needed
