As a key member of the People & Technology team at Capgemini, my role was centered around revolutionizing HR software solutions to optimize the employee and stakeholder experiences for organizations. Working with a diverse client base, which included some of the largest companies in the DACH region, both from the private and public sectors, my responsibilities encompassed:• Advising clients on selecting software solutions and maximizing their technology investments.• Working on end-to-end implementation projects, which involved meticulously preparing the technical landscape and seamlessly implementing and integrating new solutions like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Work Zone within the broader IT ecosystems.• Creating and managing GoLive strategies for smooth transitions to cloud solutions.• Developing applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform, utilizing JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, SAP CAP, SAP UI5, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Apps.As part of our innovation efforts I was responsible for the identification of technology innovation opportunities that could enhance business growth and competitiveness for our clients. Some of my responsibilities included:• Collaborating with my team to conceptualize and build multiple Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), using latest technologies such as RPA and AI.• Showcasing these innovative use-cases through compelling presentations to clients, at industry conferences, and various hackathons in which we actively participated.• Establishing a valuable partnership with one of the largest startup incubators in the ERP space, where we consulted startups on go-to-market strategies, further enriching our expertise and industry reach.
