- Define and design comprehensive solutions - Fixed connectivity(data and voice), LAN, WAN/SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Cloud Connect, unified communications and collaboration, voice and mobile data, managed mobility services, security with specific service features for the customers business needs;- Contribute directly to clarifying customer requirements and documenting them in a design document that will include functional and non-functional requirements;- Responsible for planning, feasibility, implementation effort estimation and ensure quality service in the offered solution;- Redesigning complex services in the product catalog of Vodafone entities in order to meet the specific requests of customers;- Participating in the selection process of manufacturers who deliver hardware and/or software needed to define and implement IT & Telecom solutions according to the customer's requirements;- Collaborate with the responsible teams for the governance insurance of the designed solutions;- Capture and interpret customer requirements and design standard/complex solutions to meet customer requirements;- Identify and document any risks to the solution and build accurate scalable cost models as input into pricing strategy;- Document solution in RFP responses, proposals and Statement of Works/High Level Designs;- Ensure solutions are deliverable in timeframes committed and have passed all appropriate VGE solution governance. Solutions should be scalable, repeatable and utilizing existing standard services;- Act as subject matter expert with deep technical knowledge in one of the VGE portfolio areas. This will include providing training to other functions in VGE such as Sales and other Solution Architects as well as working closely with key stakeholders from Product Management, Technology, Delivery and Operations functions.
