As an Onboarding Specialist at Cloudbeds, I prepare new clients for success through a professional onboarding experience. I use my software skills, customer service abilities, and Figma knowledge to guide them through the setup, configuration, and training of the Cloudbeds platform, which is a cloud-based hospitality management solution.I have a degree in International Business from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where I learned various skills and values that help me in my career. I am open-minded and always looking for new ways to grow as a person and as a professional. I enjoy logistics, marketing, finance, and languages. I speak English, Spanish, and a little Chinese (HSK 2 level).I have worked in different jobs, mainly to gain experience in team work and cultural diversity. I have worked in management for a hotel, as a sales ambassador for different companies, and as an English teacher in Colombia and China. Currently, I am also in Research and Development for Goertek Inc. in Qingdao, China, where I provide management and business leadership and solutions. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and the opportunities it offers to connect with people from different backgrounds and regions.
