Led the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer’s (OCHCO) assessment of financial and nonfinancial management internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (OMB Circular A-123). This included monitoring and testing management controls for strategic plan development, workforce planning, budget management, payroll, benefits administration, travel reporting, information technology, and contracts administration. Co-led an organizational change management pilot project for the agency’s Human Capital Office. Served as the office lead for the development of web content during the Department’s migration to the Drupal platform.
