As Regional Director of Live the Life-San Antonio, I lead a team of volunteers who are passionate about seeing marriages and families grow and thrive. We use nationally renowned material presented in large workshops, small groups, and all other venues in between. As the first regional office outside the state of Florida, Live the Life-San Antonio works with its partners around the region and the state of Texas to reduce divorce, single-parent households, and at-risk children to build and grow thriving communities.

Led a team of IGs in executing the 4 IG Functions - Assistance, Inspections, Investigations, and "Teaching & Training".• Revamped the inspection program to make better use of organizational inspection assets across a diverse, multi-functional staff reducing staff participation by 35% and budgets by $50k.• Recaptured 25% of IG staff manpower and reallocated against other critical IG functions. • Deftly managed organizational change resistance through effective, persuasive communication and meticulous synchronization of disparate staff objectives.

Led the intelligence operations staff within the Command's Intelligence Directorate; ensured the operational execution of multi-disciplined intelligence support to homeland defense and Asia-Pacific multi-national operations. • Planned, synchronized, and executed three major bi-lateral exercises and engagements that improved intelligence sharing and interoperability with partner nations. • Trained, coached and mentored a junior intelligence staff to support high-level engagements with Asia-Pacific partner nation intelligence leaders.

Synchronized a multi-service, multi-functional transition and training team in daily advising and assistance efforts for the Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS), the ministerial-level headquarters that commanded all Iraqi special operations forces; concurrently served as the primary advisor to the CTS intelligence director.• Headed daily operations designed to coordinate combined Iraqi-US counter-insurgency special operations throughout Iraq.• Achieved a 25% increase in combined US/Iraqi special operations driven by CTS intelligence assets by expertly influencing CTS to more effectively harmonize Iraqi and US intelligence assets in support of counter-insurgency operations.
