Experimented with new technologies in AI, chatbots, and payment channels. Two years ago, took up the call to be a Product Owner when illion DTS shifted to Product focus. Recent project has been the cloud-shifting of the entire product.

* Responsible for the overall design and implementation strategy of PowerCollect, PowerRecovery and PowerAgency. * Product Owner for Kollect Valley System (PowerCollect mobile app). * Drive product planning process, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing. * Develop and establish release schedules for each product line. * Define long term product roadmap in support of corporate strategy. * Communicate with customers, sales, and support organizations to gather customer feedback and resolve product issues. * Coordinate beta and other customer delivery programs. * Conduct Pre-Sale Demo, POC Demo, Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Technical Writing, Testing, product training and product support. * Work with product marketing to support go-to-market plans, external positioning and messaging, pricing, and product packaging.

* Project manager of the software development and maintenance of the web based MIS system for Philweb.Com. * Team Leader (project manager) for web based software development requirements for both external and internal purposes. * Responsible for the design, project planning and management, implementing of ePadala (a web based online remittance system). The development environment used is Perl-CGI-Oracle on Red Hat Linux. * Responsible for design, project planning and management of these websites (Hotel Online, VJ Graphics, UCPB Rural Bank, etc.) The development environment used was ASP-MS SQL Server. * Handled the design, project planning and management, implemention of the Zoom Prepaid Internet Card Phase 1. The development environment used was ASP-MS SQL Server on Win 2000.* Responsible for the design, project planning and management of the usage monitoring systems for the Cyberworld Café and the Cyberstations. The development environment used is Visual Basic-MS SQL Server.
