Collaborated with the Director of Marketing to craft the brand strategy and promise, which led to a new name, logo, brand architecture, and visual system. Developed and maintained visual standards for advertising, digital and printed materials, signage and wayfinding, environmental graphics, vehicle identification graphics, uniforms, badges, lab coats, and promotional materials to name a few. Conducted a total of 90 brand training sessions with 1,500+ employees explaining the rationale of the new brand prior to the 2015 external launch. The success of the rebranding program resulted in the company’s growth from twenty-five facilities to forty-five in 3 years.
