Systems conversations to monitor progress and champion the Operations Strategic Vision of systematic capabilities, which facilitated building consolidation by making the new Distribution Centers (DCs) fully operational.• Created a 4-year DC Diversification Physical Operations Project Plan, which provided a comprehensive roadmap with specific milestones so Verizon and the new 3PL could accomplish the following phases: Floor Layout & Rough Processing, Routing Logic & Business Rules, Proof of Concept / MVP Testing, Implementation Plan / Rollout Strategy, Ramp Plan, and Ongoing Maintenance / Post-Launch Activity.• Explored and analyzed opportunities to reduce returns processing costs, which led to an F-Grade Island Process Improvement with an annual inventory valuation uplift of $14.3M and added Samsung as a Trusted Vendor - allowing devices to bypass AQL Sampling, which will save $408K annually.• Led and influenced multiple cross-functional teams to collect requirements and packaged documentation to define the needs of a new, fully automated DC, part of which included reverse-engineering and creating detailed process flows for reverse supply chain manual processing and receiving exceptions handling.
