Esther exists to enable young adult women, especially those from marginalized communities, to have an active voice in choices related to their aspirations and lives. While women are making it to college and graduating, they are not prepared to enter and compete in the workforce. Esther enables them to bridge their ‘job-readiness gap’ and streamline their job discovery process through online platforms, use of digital tools, and individualized support through mentors. We have worked with 119 first generation women graduates from across Telangana as a part of our first cohort in 2022.Pre-incubated at NSRCEL Social- IIMB and currently part of the incubation cohorts at Shakti - The Empathy Project (STEP) and The Nudge Foundation

Udhyam Vyapaar works with nano business owners (street vendors, small shop owners, etc) to enable them to grow their business. One of the ways in which we do this is, through conducting activity-based, mindset-focused sessions to groups of Vyapaaris towards growth in their business.

Developed a policy brief on the ground-level implications of the Street Vendors Act 2014 pre and post the 2020 lockdown in Bengaluru, Karnataka

Koriya District, Chattisgarh

- Created a participatory value chain (backward linkage) for Jackfruit collection and laid the foundational processes for starting an NTFP food (jackfruit) processing unit owned and run by a federation of tribal women. - Designed operational processes for optimal use of resources (funds, equipment, machinery, transport, human effort, natural resources etc).

Hyderabad Area, India

•Designed and executed support structures for 144 Fellows in Hyderabad to develop their long term leadership.•Created a vision and executed the plan for Alumni Engagement for 90+ Teach For India Alumni in the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana region.• Built relevant partnerships with development/education sector organizations to maximize the impact of Teach For India’s Fellows and Alumni in Hyderabad.• Led the efforts of Teach For India’s Innovation Lab - InnovaED in Hyderabad.• As a Fellowship Selector, I reviewed applications, interviewed 300+ applicants and screened them towards being a Teach For India Fellow, based on the selection rubric.

•Managed the Recruitment Life Cycle at select colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.•Initiated and managed partnerships with youth hubs in and around the city.•Co-established a plan to inspire and engage potential applicants.•Initiated media partnerships, ensuring brand visibility through online and offline campaigns.•Coordinated with Campaign Leaders and the Fellowship Recruitment Committee to drive various recruitment projects.

• Ensured delivery of holistic international experiences to students in Hyderabad through the AIESEC's Global Entrepreneurs Program. Successfully facilitated international internships to 75 students from Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam and Vijayawada.• Led a team of 3 team leaders and 15 team members and provided them training, coaching and mentorship for overall development of members and operational sustainability in the student sector.• Developed and managed various partnerships and strong professional relationships with various stakeholders in Hyderabad (Deans, placement directors, professors, student and alumni representatives, etc.) to enhance AIESEC's presence at target universities or organizations.
