Esther Foundation

Esther exists to enable young adult women, especially those from marginalized communities, to have an active voice in choices related to their aspirations and lives. Esther enables adolescent girls and young women from disadvantaged backgrounds to have voice and choice in their aspirations and lives. At Esther, we recognize that transitioning from being an adolescent girl to an adult woman in India can be confusing, lonely, and ridden with uncertainties. We believe that young women can have thriving careers and lives when they are equipped with the ability to make and pursue meaningful choices for themselves during this transition. We provide safe spaces throughout college years for young women to explore, learn, grow, and build critical skills and mindsets for their futures. Esther has been incubated by The /Nudge Foundation (Meta Pragati Cohort), UnLtd India, Shakti - The Empathy Project, and pre-incubated at IIM-Bangalore NSRCEL.
