Logistics& Procurement Engineer Responsible for materials Transportation of manufactured Wind Mills parts amounting to a yearly turnover of 2500 crore .Accountabilities:• . Complete Project Logistics Planning.• Turnkey project cargo solutions from site to site.• Handling Over Dimensional Cargo.• Co-ordination with Wind farm sites to expedite delivery of WEC components and release of ODC vehicles.• Responsible for reverse Logistics (Return of Transportation frames, Accessories, etc.,)• Cost effective Logistics.• Handling raw material & finished good in manufacturing place.• Knowledge in purchasing of raw materials.• Handle Export/Import.• Target to completion of logistics function in short period.• 100% safety to taking care of materials• Stock Maintenance in Storage yard.• Executing budget Plans for an entire financial year considering that year’s production plan & delivery plan.• Preparation of Delivery Schedule on the basis of production / customer plan.• Implement appropriate and effective sourcing strategies in the areas of materials, supplies and services.• Perform the tasks of negotiating, sourcing and ensuring compliance with suppliers' agreements.• Handle responsibilities of selecting and reviewing the quotations of suppliers.• Handle management of sub-contractor and evaluation of supplier performance.• Involved in Analysis, Planning and Scheduling, Development and Delivery activities.• MIS, Materials Tracking, Safe Delivery and Insurance process
