I have over 20 years experience in the business field, 10 years of that in supervisory rolls. This includes customer service, analysis, academic internship, Honors Council and administrative duties. I have worked with external customers as a manager and was the resolver of problems with grace. My supervisory experience includes managing a range of 20-1200 employees. That includes interviewing, performance reviews and hiring and other facets of Human Resources. There are many facets to my experience, this makes me an excellent coworker and researcher. I very much enjoy providing the best customer service available by company policy. I love working with people.I am the perfect storm of experience and education. I am in the process of finishing up my BSBA in Business Administration with a minor in Data Analytics (105 credit hours). I am in the loop of the modern techniques and technology because it is all the relevant coursework needed to fulfill this position. My degree covers Human Resources and also Marketing in several aspects. I could use data analysis techniques to track candidates potential and in other endless ways. I have experience with Python and Tableau.Currently, I use Excel, create pivots, gather and clean data, analyze and problem solve with customers daily. I collaborate with our programmers and executive team to develop the best solutions for efficiency across departments. I also have an accounting role so I know how the process I provide circle back to the budget.
