Our agents render temporary educational and empowerment services. They include a follow-up system, coaching sessions, one-on-one consultations, home organization services, presentations, trainings, seminars, and in-home non-medical lifestyle program to individuals. We also provide both temporary and permanent referrals for health care facilities.

They have a hand in virtually every aspect of the Lifestyle, and are tasked with ensuring it all runs smoothly by working towards the best working environment and processes.Put simply, operations directors evaluate how a business operates. They manage the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with department heads to ensure everything runs in accordance with guidelines. Here are the list of responsibilities:Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternativeMaking sure work regulations are being followedKeeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate trainingPlanning and controlling schedules for Lifestyle Guests.Manages quality programs based on Guests surveys. Ensuring the business operates within the Lifestyle mission statement/standards and principlesInvestigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issuesWorking with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staffAnalyze process workflow and if needed, creates and implement changes

Living Springs seminars are designed to educated people with practical skills in the usage of water, herbs, and lifestyle changes to assist the body in healing itself. Each seminar focuses on various aspects of healing through lectures, hands-on workshops, cooking schools, how to classes in food preservation and herbal medicines, and personal lifestyle application sessions. Our seminars consist of Natural Remedies, Hydrotherapy, Country Living, Weight Management, Diabetes Recovery, and various retreats such as women's, men's, abuse recovery, and vacations.

Apattern special events include Health Emphasis Weekends, Health Trainings, and Wellness Seminars.

Also it has created fundraising events and advertise as well through church presentations.
