The Client Engagement Manager supports the business developement managers with sales efforts. In this role I handle the logistical execution of corporate and government onsite events and maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients. I manage working relationships with production, product development, accounting and corporate sales.

• Greet customers, help customers locate books/merchandise, recommend titles/authors based on customer requests, and provide excellent customer service in every area of the store
