• Managing sales activities to increase the branch business including corporate tie-ups & retail activities• Cultivating business relations with the existing clients and thereby expanding business opportunities through cross sell• Ensuring customer delight by achieving service quality in the shortest possible time• Coordinating with the back office operation & making efforts to reduce the time taken for loan approvals & disbursements

• Responsible for achieving branch targets for third party Investment products• Providing Investment advisory services to the bank clients• Managing & taking care of the Investment portfolio of the HNI Clients of the Preferred Banking
