HR GENERALIST• Formulate policies and associated framework on various aspects of HR and statutory compliance including leave policy, office decorum policy, employee agreements, appointment letter, development of employee database and employee files, etc• Maintained and updated employee information database.• Prepared the reports & analysis on joining and exits for the unit.• Attendance monitoring on a daily basisRECRUITMENT• Strategize & Implement the recruitment methods with optimum turn around time. Involved in end-to-end recruitment process. • Prepare offer letter• Background verification checks

TALENT PLANNING & ACQUISITION:• Recruited engineers across experience ranging from new college graduates to director level.• Handled recruitment for multiple Business Units and instrumental in the strategy to attract senior talent from outside India.• Sourcing through job portals, employee referral programs, NEWS paper ads, personal network, References.• Manage relations with recruitment agencies and create an active databank, for critical and urgent nature of manpower requirements.• Drive campus recruitments, visiting the top universities across India, coordinate the selections, Company presentations and assist in the on boarding of the freshers.• Conduct HR interviews, compensation fitment, offer recommendations, salary negotiations, Offer delivery and maintain the logistics for pre and post interview process. INDUCTION & ORIENTATION• Organized and conducted the induction program. • Streamline the joining formalities process on basis of the feedback collated from the new joinees.STOCK OPTION ADMINSTRATION: • Monitor the New Hire Stock Options & manage the Employee Stock Purchase Plan process for the Business Unit.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT• Facilitate the appraisal process for the Business Unit and confirmation review of employees and communicate feedback to reporting managers.• Educate and train appraisee about the process and ensure for smooth flow of process• Work with the management to identify performance issues, and support the manager to appropriately resolve the employee relations’ issues.

Liaison with Project Managers to ascertain the manpower requirements. Responsible for directly sourcing qualified engineers, screening resumes, interviewing and assessing candidates and providing HR inputs to hiring managers to ensure quality hiring. Facilitate roundtable discussions, provide and collect input on the interviewed candidates and communicating them about the status. Follow up on the joining status on the offered candidate.

Understanding current requirement needs, sourcing the required profiles through Jobsites, employee referrals, recruitment consultants and maintained a comprehensive data bank of all software professionals with varied backgrounds. Coordinate with the expected new joinees and do a follow up on their date of joining.
