Manage cross-functional teams covering a range of areas( Datacenter, Network, Hardware Systems, Infrastructure Software Engineering, Capacity Management and ODMs for development of hardware solutions for AWS Compute, Storage and Accelerator platforms.Responsibilities- - Develop and manage hardware product and solutions end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery.- Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.- Perform risk assessment, risk mitigation and change management on projects.- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.- Interface with Engineering and business owners for project and product requirements and scope.- Provide engineering assessments and risk analysis for hardware designs.- Manage and drive strategic vendor engagement and deliveries.- Work with engineers to control BOMs ,specifications and debug product issues. Help manage lifecycle of the product in Agile product data management system. - Help prepare and manage the manufacturing diagrams for data center server rack configurations.- Work with engineers to track supplier compliance to AWS specifications.- Track supplier test compliance and test completion for all components on the BOM including second source components- Track and manage parts logistics for the hardware development engineers.

• Product owner of multiple Optics based line cards from Infinera's ILS3 product line.• Provide extensive support to product development, NPI and production.• Create and update H/W BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes. • Initiate yield improvement and cost reduction of sustaining products.• Drive and enforce ECO based manufacturing change process.• Validate production test plan and establish quality metrics and rework flow.• Serve as the interface and key technical resource to US and Asia contractor manufacturers.

• Active and Passive optical component design verification testing and qualification.• Microprocessor, memory and FPGA based High speed board level Hardware Design experience. • FPGA/CPLD logic design and verification experience. • Board level PCB testing using probes, debuggers and logic analyzers.• Collaborate with Software, Mechanical and manufacturing engineers to define system architecture, design schematics, release BOMs, supervise prototypes, and supervise test and validation. • Work with vendors, customers and management to evaluate and resolve optical related issues.• Training and supervising optical component test engineers.

• Design Verification Testing of SFP/XFP and CWDM/DWDM MUX/DEMUX optical modules.• PCB and optical system testing using probes, debuggers,Optical BERT traffic generators and logic analyzers.
