 Three-phase Transformers Designing: • CRGO Core Transformers:  Stacked Core Transformers: Designs of T/Fs ranging from 10 kVA to 1.6 MVA. (11, 22 & 33 kV T/Fs). Wound Core Transformers: Designs of T/Fs ranging from 10 kVA to 160 kVA (11, 22 kV T/Fs).• Amorphous Metal Transformers : Done designs ranging from 10 kVA to 200 KVA (11, 22 KV T/Fs).  Single-phase Transformers: Wound core and Stacked core Transformer designs ranging from 5 KVA to 100 KVA (both CRGO core and Amorphous Metal Core T/Fs). Good knowledge in functional areas including Costing, Production & Testing.

Assisted in Transformers Testing and production activities.  To study the customer Specification and list out the salient features regarding parameters affecting the testing of the transformers. Deal with major Inspections (RITES, ERDA & REC also) including preparation of final reports for dispatch Instructions.  Responsible for testing up to 100 Distribution Transformers per day. Responsible for providing feedback to production and follow-ups with other departments for the improvising the quality of the Transformers.  Maintaining all the records related to Testing of Transformers.  Responsible for verifying quality of Transformer oil, Hardware Materials, Breakers, Breathers and Transformer Tanks.  Ensured effective quality product through incoming, in process and final quality control.  Ensured effective Management of Material Test Lab . Responsible for planning, monitoring & delivering quality records for submission to customer.
