I am Ravi kumar currently working as Deputy manager in doosan power systems india pvt. Ltd. & whole responsibility of pressure part & steel  structure erection, insulation & refractory works at 2x 600MW jawaharpur  Etah  Uttar pradesh .

 Specially concentrated in works regarding to boiler structure& pressure parts erection. Managed heavy site activities, Erection, alignment, inspection and Hydro test of boiler. Making erection schedule as per our planning & execution at site. I have check foundation with reference level &co-ordinate axis & take handover. We have to discuss with our engineering team regarding drawing issued at site. Daily meeting with our subcontractor regarding everyday work activities at site. Weekly discussion with sub contractor progress at site. We have to manage heavy equipment at site.  Updated checklist every day as per daily progress report.
