 Preparing shipment documents as per the export’s pre-export documents. Associating with operations and release documents to customers after vessel sailings. Generate invoice for the provided transportation services as per Service Contracts. Coordinating with pricing team on discrepancies on billings. Planning and arranging cargo for loading as per the LC terms. Handling customer amendments and shipment roll overs. Submitting cargo details to customs through EDI and get pre-approval for loading. Correlate with booking desk and cross check with customer provided shipment details. Preparing MIS reports on customer monthly volumes and payment outstandings. Extending support to quality team for process enhancement.
