Handling chemicals for the oil industry ensuring all operational & EHS requirements are fulfilled-> Import Co-ordination & Inventory Management -> Co-ordination of warehousing activities: transport planning, receiving containers at warehouse, de-stuffing, scheduling & delivery of chemicals to various project sites, -> Space & Stock Management: planning space & resources, accurate updates, record & reconciliation of stock and reporting

Responsible for the receipts, issues and stock management of 3PL customers as well as the Consol/Sea/Air Freight Forwarding Cargo.

-> Manage day-to-day activities of the warehouse, which includes scheduling receipts & delivery of cargo in co-ordination with the purchase & sales department - moving approx.50X40' FCLs & 600cbm LCLs weekly-> Staff & Vehicle management - 25 warehouse staff & fleet of 7 trucks & 2 forklifts plus hired transports-> MIS Reporting – accurate record keeping of receipts/issues of cargo, Bill of Entry/Exits-> Warehouse/Inventory Management - 3000sq.m of warehouse space in two locations and 3PL warehouse-> Data management & IT support - developed software for complete inventory management in MS Access.
