 Handling of routine shift activities. Building a system configuration as per production requirement. Coordinate & Execute the calibration of various instruments as per approved planner. Monitoring & Verifying the work done of external agencies by ensuring & checking all the adequate safety procedures during maintenance & fabrication work.  Provide continuous technical support to the assembly / production and quality processes.  Maintain relations with Vendors and contractors. Maintain the entire required inventory related to various manufacturing machineries. Preparing & Reviewing SOPs, Formats & Checklist. Attending the breakdown and preventive maintenance of various manufacturing machineries [RMG, FBP,WRUSTERCOATER, COATING MACHINE (GANSONS, PAM GLATT), VISWILL & SPINE INSPECTION MACHINE, BLISTER AND BOTTLE PACKAGING (BQS, CAM AND CVC), BLENDER MACHINES, CHILSONATORS, COMPRESSION MACHINES (CADMACH, SEJONG, GEA, KORSCH, LEGACY).
