My 1st JOB was in Future Group's Brand Factory as Official employee of the Future Group's when i was in Second year of my degree. I resigned there for my further education as i want to become Teacher or Professor in education system. After my graduation this Covid Pendamic happened and we loss all the regularity of Education and so many things. As we at the recovery i got my 2nd Job in JVK Consultant as Assistant Manager of Residential Registered Societies. My role was Assistant Manager. I just need to the Society Accounting and Managerial Work with the guidelines receiving from my senior manager and to protect committee members to make legal wrong decision while solving or handling the society matters. Recording all the equipment of Society track the all AMC which are required for the building security. As I learnt from my Senior manager that " Never feel guilty if someone hurts or said something wrong which is not expected, they are showing your weakness of your working format, Sometime they have more knowledge then you in particular things and sometimes you have lots of knowledge in technology which the today's generation well known and expert in this. We have to gain this and share your knowledge among them. Then only you will get your work complete and you will go home happily and tensed free."
