Follow Up for Import documents from Supplier, Purchaser & forwarder also.4. EXIM- Checking checklist for BOE filing with correct HSN code and their applicable rate of custom duty and IGST rate.5. Documentation- HSS agreement, Triple duty Bond agreement, FDS bond, PD Bond, SBV Etc.6. Taking care of EPC Custom Work Intimation & Material receipt & Continuity Bond, Custom permission etc.7. Taking care of Bank Guarantee (B.G) & De-bonding also from custom.8. Taking care of Quarterly consumption report for bonded material.10. Finding the New items HSN code & BCD & GST rates also checking the custom exemption also.11. Addressing the custom query raised by appraising officer and solving the custom related issues for BOE assessment.12. Taking care of Re export custom duty refund & Excess custom duty refund from custom.14. Responsible for getting the custom permission for Re-export shipment, Bonded material permission from EPC department.15. Coordination with import buyers to ensure timely availability of RM at supplier end.16. Shipment tracking from origin port to final destination.17. Arranging & checking import freight, CHA bills, CFS bills and transportation invoices and also timely submission in accounts department.18. Taking care of monthly payment for consultancy & other services.19. Maintaining shipment wise data base of import documents Invoice, Packing List, HBL, HSS Agreement, Bond Sale Agreement, BOE, Road Permit, Intimation, Material Receipt Etc.21. Prepare master DSR (Daily Status Report) to track import consignments.22. Working independently to get AEO T-2 for organisation.23. Completed get certificate from invest india manufacturing under bonded manufacturing facility.
