• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates, following the company's policies and procedures.

• Responsibilities:
• Handling the entire recruiting cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Salary negotiation and placing qualified Candidates.
• Responsible for Searching, identifying new candidates for current job openings.
• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
• Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references.
• Maintaining the database of all the Consultants and Employers.
