• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes for the APAC region and the Netherlands, aligned with the company's goals and values.• Use various sourcing channels and methods, such as job boards, social media, referrals, networking, events, etc., to identify and engage with potential candidates.• Screen and assess candidates' skills, experience, fit, and motivation using various tools and techniques, such as phone interviews, online assessments, video interviews, etc.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and expectations.• Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates, following the company's policies and procedures.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or other tools.• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners, such as agencies, vendors, universities, etc.• Stay updated on the latest market trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment for the APAC region and the Netherlands.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment function by providing feedback, suggestions, and insights.• Experience in recruiting for the APAC region and the Netherlands, with knowledge of the local markets, cultures, laws, and regulations.• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language relevant to the APAC region or the Netherlands.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and systems, such as ATS, WisestepCRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed etc.

Responsibilities:•Handling the entire recruiting cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Salary negotiation and placing qualified Candidates.•Responsible for Searching, identifying new candidates for current job openings.•Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.•Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references.•Maintaining the database of all the Consultants and Employers.•Preparing job specifications based on the requirements.•Taking a Preliminary round of interview so as to judge the communication and the abilities of the candidate before submitting to the client.•Scheduling and coordinating interview for the short-listed candidates.•Lineup and Followup the candidates for walk-in-interviews and Virtual interviews.•Informing the candidates about the results of the interview.•Developing and maintaining client network.•Salary negotiation between the candidates and clients.•Familiar with C2H, Contract and Permanent hiring.•Maintaining the database and excel sheet tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities.•Follow up with the candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments and clients informed of the same.
