Involved in designing and architecting of mobile application for largest plumbing wholesaler in USA. Closely worked with a major health and beauty retailer and pharmacy chain in designing, building and deploying photo printing solution and also its mobile application.

Currently in involved in the management and monitoring of the Mission Mode Projects (MMP) in the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). Currently involved in core infrastructure projects of the state like State Data Center and Kerala State Wide Area Network. Also involved in the projects related to the police department, crime, service delivery gateway, mobile payments.

During this period I was mainly involved in projects for a leading logistics company. I was managing projects from Trivandrum and Malaysia.Took up more design responsibilities and many applications were rolled out.

Worked on Web Services Solution Enhancements Project which is a product enhancement to incorporate additional features for a leading COBOL web services solutions provider. Created new Web Services solution for the client. The system developed will allow exposing COBOL programs as web services on any J2EE 1.4 application server. Also developed Java based UI developed using SWT & JFace.

Worked on project for the leading automotive company. Involved in developing a vehicle ordering system for them. The application was developed using Struts framework and J2EE blueprint as backend framework. The requirement for a data loading module was implemented using Perl.

Moved to handling the development of projects for leading Logistics Company. Was instrumental in improving the client interactions and managing the projects from Onsite. The design blueprint was prepared keeping in mind of the client requirements. A memory caching module for storing static data was developed to retriev data quickly. Also managed the entire performance testing of the application. The application exceeded the client expectation. Another application developed to create label to be pasted on the shipment. The performance challenges were overcome by design and hardware optimizations. The performance tweaking was done during the performance test phase. The application achieved a mindboggling 10ms response time Staffing Automation Application was created based on work flow model, based on jPBM. Seam is used to integrate the jBPM with the presentation tier. The project was completly managed by me. Show less
