The major challenges were involved in the design and development of the application because of the performance requirement from the client. The design blueprint was prepared keeping in mind of the client requirements. A memory caching module for storing static data was developed to retriev data quickly. Also managed the entire performance testing of the application. The application exceeded the client expectation. Another application developed to create label to be pasted on the shipment. The performance challenges were overcome by design and hardware optimizations. The performance tweaking was done during the performance test phase. The application achieved a mindboggling 10ms response time Staffing Automation Application was created based on work flow model, based on jPBM.
