My role as a Delivery Manager includes:- People management across different department- Map, Manage and ensure deliverables are met from each account manager- Listen in on each client partner vs Laukika discussion to help manage tasks for account managers- Account Planning with each AM to ensure monthly SOW are met working with Account managers- Help delegate responsibilities and deliverables while working as a channel between AMs and Operations- Help troubleshoot account managers tasks, deliverables or other ad hoc related issues- Manage internal billing against time to help each AM track their time efficiently- Serve as a external touchpoint for billable activities like retainers, projects etc to raise invoices, follow up on payments and overview brand financial performance- Hiring new employees to meet organizational needs- Providing feedback on an employee’s performance, helping to develop an employee’s skills where needed, and addressing performance problems- Assigning tasks and projects to employees according to their strengths and weaknesses- Coordinating employee meetings such as staff meetings or team meetings- Travel with Account Managers to client meetings to solidify client relationships

• Managing Client Satisfaction, Resource Planning, Production Department Billable Utilization, Client Coverage, Adoption of updates to Enterprise, Resource Onboarding and Project Scoping etc.• Make recommendations on process improvement and operational execution on delivery of data and creative assets to support business.• Utilize effective customer service techniques to handle client concerns. Work with internal departments to manage client issues, assess impact, and develop solutions. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in communicating and resolving issues.• Lead process definition with clients on workflow to receive and manage messaging assets for campaigns. Manage creative asset delivery, coordination, and processing.• Maintenance of daily/weekly & monthly reports on team goals• Monitoring the task allocated for the team and ensuring the optimum quality• Tracking the individual performance of the team members & keeping track of team utilization• Maintain accurate and complete client files documenting specific requirements of each client.

My responsibilities include managing client accounts by overseeing the daily production, scheduling, delivery, and reporting of targeted email communications. I'm also responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the Client and the Company's production staff to produce and edit HTML and text marketing messages.I also exercise regular and customary discretion and independent judgment relative to matters of significance.

• Working on campaign set-up, retrieving subscriber lists from FTP, Query & program set-up, creating subscriber lists & client-end data extensions, deploying emails, Script within the emails, tracking & generating the reports based on the performance of campaigns. • Adept in end-to-end development of Client products for advertising i.e., going through a life cycle consisting Analysis, documentation, designing, coding, testing, and implementation.• Involved in Design and Development of static, dynamic & responsive HTML emails.• Code SQL Queries for processing files and for data/subscriber import.• Interaction with clients via conference calls on a weekly basis.• Performance tuning (Solving Different Domain issue, hints, explain plan and trace).
