Claims engagement – Successfully led Guidewire ClaimCenter Implementation for a large P&C carrier in North America. Led the program from offshore/onshore. Planning included aggressive timeline for state reporting through Mitchell Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - Managed scope, schedule, cost and quality- Delivered a robust document management, publishing, and distribution platform to support the overall claims process, the new platform is fully integrated with the new Guidewire ClaimCenter - Partnered with Business and IT on Conversion and Archival Roll out plan and Event scheduling; We developed a viable conversion factory that resulted in a 99.8% success rate - Delivered a new data warehouse and consolidated operational reports through partnership with operational users and data analyst- Led the team transitioning from pre-production to production support and maintenance organization, supporting a nationwide rollout to users over a period of 12 months ensuring stability, proactive monitoring and performance improvement- Structured the team around themes to ensure better functional alignment ; Big proponent of design with focus on re-usability, scalability, adoption of coding best practices, code profiling for optimized code, use of tools, continuous integration testing, early business / performance / automated testing
