Before starting my job I didn't know the culture of an industry. I joined steel strips wheels ltd in 2008 as a trainee and confirmed in 2009 . At first I never tried to think or act like a good guy or you can say it as a good learner .During this period of my job I worked under a personality who really changed my brother's mind . My brother discussed with me about that personality that he makes the man self dependent. Others may not like all this but personal growth and mind setup is key to success and I do the same thing to become a good listener and accept all my failures to convert all as successful projects . Really I got a respectful teacher in my 15 years of Job experience.
