District Program Manager
CurrentAt Language and Learning Foundation (LLF), working under the NIPUN Haryana mission, I contribute directly to improving learning outcomes at the classroom level. Alongside a team of academic coordinators, I focus on enhancing the educational achievements of school children. My responsibilities include implementing training modules on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), effective classroom management, utilization of Teaching Learning Materials (TLM), and mentoring of mentors.Additionally, I actively participate in district-level planning and review meetings to align strategies with educational goals, ensuring that interventions are effectively designed and executed. By collaborating with district stakeholders, I help strengthen planning processes, identify gaps, and ensure consistent monitoring and evaluation of progress. I also contribute to the assessment processes of students, providing insights to enhance teaching practices and ensure the success of FLN initiatives across the district.
